Sign in with your student id number and email password to our admission process page, and update your information in the section “Application for Admission”.

Submit the following documents at the campus to which you are applying:

  • The last two pages of the application form you filled out on admission process page, which must be signed by you, your legal guardian and the person responsible for payment of tuition.
  • Copy of an official photo ID with signature of the person responsible for payment of tuition*.
  • If you are a minor, copy of an official photo ID with signature of your parent/legal guardian*.
  • If you are an adult, a copy of your official photo ID with signature*.

The ID must be official, valid and include photo and signature.

Pay the tuition deposit of $7,000 pesos (it includes the Tuition Payment Insurance) here to confirm your undergraduate enrollment. For information on the payment methods, please consult the Department of Admissions of the campus of your choice. You should also check the events, create your class schedule, select your payment and insurance plan, and pay your tuition.

Use your personal email account to create a username and generate a password, which you will use to sign in to our admission process page. Once there, fill out the admission application form and click on “Enviar Solicitud”. Scan and attach your birth certificate in the section “Documents”. and send it. You will then receive an email asking you to proceed with step 2.

Create your résumé, write your essay and complete both documents in the sections indicated on the admission process page, which specify the questions you should answer.

Afterwards, submit the following documents to the Department of Admissions of the campus to which you are applying:
 
  • Copy of your high school transcript, including your grade average.
  • The last two pages of the application form you filled out on the admission process page, which must be signed by you, your legal guardian and the person responsible for payment of tuition.
  • Copy of an official photo ID with signature of the person responsible for payment of tuition*.
  • If you are a minor, copy of an official photo ID with signature of your parent/legal guardian*.
  • If you are an adult, a copy of your official photo ID with signature*.

The ID must be official, valid and include photo and signature. *Official IDs include: IFE/INE card (Mexican voter’s card), passport, professional license, military service card, immigration form or official ID from your country of origin.

The following table shows the valid documents in accordance with the stage of your studies and the month in which you completed the admission process.

The Admissions Committee might request letters of recommendation (no more than 3), which can be written by faculty, your school director, a businessperson or leader from your community. The Committee might also request complementary evaluations, which will be administered at the campus, and an interview with one of the campus directors.

The following undergraduate degrees, because of their field, require additional elements: Biomedical Engineering, Nutrition and Wellness, Clinical Psychology and Health, Physician and Surgeon, Medical and Surgical Dentist, International Programs and International Honors Programs. The Academic Aptitude Test (abbreviated as PAA in Spanish) evaluates your mathematics and verbal skills. We have preparation workshops offered at the campuses and a guide . On the admission processpage, select the date and campus where you would like to take the PAA preparation workshop and the test itself (print the authorization pass and bring it together with your valid photo ID on the day you take the test).

The result of your PAA will be posted on admission process page once you have received your final admission result.
If you prefer, you can take the College Board SAT, which will be equivalent to the PAA result. You can send your SAT results by selecting code 0843 of Tecnológico de Monterrey when registering to it.

It can be: accepted, not accepted, waiting list or pending decision. The latter result indicates that we require additional elements. The Admissions Manager of the campus of your choice will inform you which elements are needed.

The date of notification of your admission result will depend on the date when you have completed your file; consult the section "Important Dates".


The Admission Committee’s decision is unappealable and the selection process is private and confidential. Therefore, Tecnológico de Monterrey does not disclose the reasons for accepting or rejecting a candidate.

The placement tests evaluate your knowledge level on certain topics that constitute the required foundations to advance adequately, in the most specialized subjects.

In order to accredit Introduction to Mathematics, we present you three options:

To expedite the procedure, you can scan these documents and send them by email to the campus to which you are applying, although you must also send them through an international courier service since they are needed to complete your profile.
